Let's Get Curious! 4 Ticket #Giveaway to the Liberty Science Center

It's said "The future belongs to the curious" and as a parent and our children's first educator isn't it just amazing when we get to witness their little minds explore and question the world around them? This year marks the 75th anniversary of the appearance of the adorable and adventurous Curious George in American children's literature and we had the chance to check out the Let's Get Curious exhibit that opened on National curiosity day at the Liberty Science Center in New Jersey.

Disclosure: As a Liberty Science Center Blog Ambassador for the day, I have been provided with vouchers for my visit. All opinions expressed are 100% our own.

With a focus on key concepts in science, engineering and math kids are surrounded by their favorite characters and familiar settings from the classic books and the popular PBS television show.  Geared towards ages 4-7 littles ones will enjoy hands on experiences and problem solving.

I enjoyed the fact that a lot of the exhibits needed two friends to accomplish the activity. This is a great way to expand on the idea that we have to all work together to accomplish a task.

Some highlights of the exhibit for us were getting to pretend play - dressing up like the doorman & working at the fruits and veggie stand was lots of fun!

This larger than life space rocket was definitely a hit, the kids loved going up and down the long bumpy slide and i'm pretty sure they were wishing they had one in their own bedroom.

The Mini golf course featured ramps, pipes and funnels to putt their way through.

A lot of the exhibits posed a question that the children had to think about, open ended questions are perfect for fostering communication and higher level thinking!

Kids of all ages who are fans of Curious George will love the mini museum that explained the history behind the character who's first book debuted back in 1941 and showcased old memorabilia and of course the gift store had lots of fun goodies to bring home to remember the day.
