Film story lines with the suave, philandering husband, some gorgeous side chick and the jilted, enraged wife are pretty common. When you add to the mix Tyler Perry's gift for depicting the stories and issues that families of color deal with on a daily (in a way that makes you feel them, laugh hard with them, cry harder with them) and then mix in Taraji P. Henson's talent for serving bad-ass gritty, realness - of course we want see what their new project Acrimony is going to bring to theaters that we haven't already seen before. We're even more excited for this film because my parent's childhood friend and my husband's cousin Denise is in the film as the Psychiatrist who you'll hear talking to Taraji in the preview below! Denise was also Taraji's dialect coach for Hidden Figures, which was another FANTASTIC movie {her role as the brilliant Katherine Johnson has been my fave} that proves how dynamic Taraji is as an actress.
