2016 Must Haves for Lil' Monsters Holiday Gift Guide and #Giveaway



What's on your Lil' Monsters must have list to receive for the holidays? We're a big gamer family and have had the chance to play quite a few together that vary across age as we have a grade schooler and tween. CJ even had the chance to play Skylanders on television for Black Friday deals with the Toy Insider

16. Diary of a Wimpy Kid #11 Double Down - In this latest installment {we have them all} Greg's mom thinks he's been gamin too much and instead Greg starts making movies. I'm sure like all the others it's a hilarious page turner that will end up finished in two days. Our eleven year old enjoys these books because they are such relatable stories. CJ is currently supplementing his game time with making YouTube videos and learning stop motion. $7.92


17. Ada Twist Scientist -  Ada twist is full of determination and fearless as she tries to understand the world around her using science. $10.77 

18. Disney's  The BFG DVD - The Big Friendly Giant is a classic story that I loved reading with student's when I was still teaching. On a flight to Florida I ended up fully enthralled and couldn't take my eyes off the movie which was so funny to listen to as you heard some of the made up words between the little girl and her larger than life friend as they adventure through giant country. I can't wait to watch this with the boys Christmas Eve. $24.96

20. Secret Life of Pets - I'll admit, this is another movie I've found myself watching all by myself and I have no shame because it's hysterical. And now that we have a new puppy in our house named Nutella, we can only imagine what she and our Jack Russell Terrier Sonic are barking about.  In the film a pampered pooch and his new unruly roommate end up on an adventure to get home after getting lost in the city. $16.99

  22. My kids would LOVE the gears, the Easy Bake Oven, Skylanders, Rock Band 4, Quixels3D, Cabbage Patch Dolls. They would basically like all of it! My nephews would enjoy the TMNT and the Shimmer and Shine set.
