One of our biggest peeves when the weekends roll around is hearing our boys mumble the words "I'm bored" while sitting in their room filled with all the latest toys and books. Leave it to them and they'll binge rounds of fortnite and claim they can't leave the game, abruptly. Anyone else's kids go running to the bathroom or for snacks once they come up for air?
With colder weather looming we refuse to let the boys stay chained to their gadgets and gizmos and will try to avoid the blah's of cabin fever setting in with a balance of screentime and unplugged fun.
